Join us for one hour of peace where you will be guided through the entire journey, or you can simply let yourself be taken to a space of relaxation, letting go of all external sound.

Together we will journey through the different layers of our being, learn to listen to the rhythm of our own soul and dive into the wisdom residing in the quiet spaces that exist around us.

You can journey as deeply as you feel comfortable or simply come for a rest.

These sessions are for adults.
